Metro Italia closed the 2019-20 financial year with a turnover of 1.4 billion – EFA News

Despite the effects of the pandemic and the related restrictive measures adopted by the Government, which had strong impacts on the overall market for out-of-home consumption, Metro Italia in the fiscal year 2019/2020 recorded only a temporary decrease in its turnover which was attested to 1.4 billion Euros, equal to -18%, gaining however market share which has now reached 5.1% of the total food horeca market.
